JBZ, thanks for the fantastic information about the Osisko and Agnico deal which gives some insight on how these deals work. Those valuations I think by Stervc from a couple of years ago are probably still in play even if we discount the price of gold about 40% less than it was then. Still a HUGE worth considering what was paid for the locations. I think Stervc was coming up with something like $24 per share above/underground values for all locations. So IMO, still several $s market value for the undeveloped locations.
