and in case some didnt catch the May 28 PR:
"On May 27, 2014, the Company appointed Daniel J. Hammett as a director and Chairman of the Board of Directors."
(being a material event, was PR'd within 24 hours)
this last communique was signed by Danny as Chairman,so no more sitting on the sidelines waiting for cooperation from a Chairman or the board...
