I think a possibility is MSJ maybe sold their company in total to Agnico-Eagle Mines, Ltd. This would be a direct link to MSJ's shares in Novamex which are registered in SRGE. Payment in stock or cash or both.

Once again, my dd suggests MSJ = Novamex Mineral SA = SRGE shares.
