EW, please correct me if I'm wrong but the way I understand the new ownership of the MSJ/SRGE mining locations is Minera Agave S.A. de C.V. owned by Tenedora Agnico Eagle Mexico S.A. de C. V. (99.99%) and Agnico Eagle Mexico, S.A. de C.V. (.01%) which in turn all operations/entities are owned by large NYSE parent firm Agnico -Eagle Mines LTD. Trading in the $40 range.
And, we believe the officers/directors of MSJ/SRGE own the bulk of the SRGE shares via Novamex Mineral S.A. which is the parent of SRGE that holds all the shares which are mostly common. This seems to be what we are waiting for. A sale of the assets and hopefully the payoff.
