You may have forgotten the operation of the Peter Principal. You see, the Trolls have demonstrated their abject incompetence, which means they have been promoted to these positions AFTER working at lesser roles. So, the real question is this: what lesser positions will they be reverting to once this assignment ends? I fear I would offend the sensibilities of the board were I to openly discuss the possibilities.
