You guys should request a "time out" mod ability. Something like a 15-30 min ban, followed by a PM so that the person for sure knew they were put there. It would make life a lot easier for everyone, and it's not a permanent ban.

Also, I saw everybody in all caps. There is a central figure that has been involved in every single board disturbance this week, and in most of the ones since Feb, when I joined. Whether that person is a friend or not should be irrelevant. If this is setup to be a 24/7 pump board then that's fine. It's not my board, and we are all free to leave (referring to myself and others who feel the same). If it's a legitimate discussion board, then it needs to be addressed.
