Guess you missed the most important reason that # 2 could not be rolled out. Try again, and try not to come up with more FUD. The reasons were all legitimate (common with start-up companies and companies with a new technology) but of course that wasn't good enough for you - you just had to bash. If you have evidence that those issues did not occur please provide any link supporting your evidence.
