dirty! They put madoff in prison for selling here and borrowing there and they called it a pyramid scam or what ever. If you know what short selling is it's the same thing madoff was doing IMHO! You sell here and borrow there! But the Koreans just flat out take our money and close a plant we paid for, with UN-PAID furloughs for the workers!!!  And it's cool with the general public and the nation? WTF!!?
