Ignoring the derivatives, there are around 100 million shares of JBII trading at $0.10 like you said. Assuming everyone is rational, investors must believe the company is worth $10 million.
If JBI does another PIPE, selling an additional 100 million shares at $0.10 each, there will be an additional $10M of cash in the coffers so the total value of the company will now be $20 million...but now with 200 million shares having ownership, or still $0.10/share.
