Very interesting indeed. For the entries for 08 February 2013, I don't see any mention of BGL affecting the titles to the properties anywhere.
This link below says that Minera Agave SA DE CV provides mining services for this NYSE company:
and Minera Agave, S.A. de C.V., provide services in connection with the Company's operations in Mexico

Looks like the mining properties changed hands on that date to the new company.
