I find it notable that it's AEGY news, BUT put out by SKTO... It's not far removed from "Hipple called and told us he's trying to merge AEGY in Canada first, then he'll come back for us."

Keep in mind that AEGY had a recent issue with the Alberta version of the SEC, I can't recall what the issue was exactly.
