In my opinion, the post by BC implies that we have started limited production in some capacity at one or both locations. Which if so, would tie in nicely to what Major Canuck posted about a HC rumor where HC was wanting to switch over to a "grow letter" to allow the grow operation to start as an interim step in the overall licensing process. And the uplist looks real promising with, "making the uplist a reality".
