Assuming Mike was being honest, the story of suspensions lines up very closely with the picture painted by our clues and comments from Jeff. We now have another CEO also saying that he was blind sided, given no warning or chance to rectify the situation. My suspicions are with these ridiculous record breaking number of suspensions the SEC is no longer going after just companies they believe are fraudulent or that they can press charges against, but instead are just going after any company that gets a large number of complaints and just plans to leave most of them to die on the greys.
