understandable. i believe we will get the form 10. if we don't get it tomorrow, i would expect a PR (or tweet or facebook post) from the CEO keeping us in the loop. i'm speculating that he's proofing the form 10 one last time. if it's several hundred pages, that could've taken the whole week to look at. we're at the one yard line imo.
