You're welcome skullzz.  That is the problem with NSS if I understand it correctly... it's air shares, and when done from an offshore hedge fund, is near impossible to flush out.  It's admitted that the Reg SHO bi-monthly FTD's are under-reported, yet nothing is done about it.
