I think it's too bad that the SEC didn't investigate this to see if Bordynuik knew that the SAIC report wasn't reliable at the time he used it to raise a $10M PIPE.
Only five months later he was telling those same PIPE investors not to rely on it cuz it might be incorrect or outdated. On the surface, it looks like a pretty close parallel to the media credit fraud.
