just in case anybody has forgotten,even if the mine were temporarily mothballed, I and others, based on previous reports etc, estimate multiple Panamax loads of inventory-being very conservative based also on ratios- not counting ca 200,000 tons of reported sinter and fert byproduct
permits are apparently a lot more trouble than pre- 2011,due to illegal mines-which result from the huge profit iron has had for most non-Chinese producers since ca 2009 -so one does not go through the hassles of getting a permit unless one plans on using them
the new 7a version of Navial website says they have all the necessary permits and are shipping via ESE ,so they obviously planned on shipping at the time of the new website alerted to us by Kubi I believe
Brad probably has invested near 10 million based on last PR etc and reportedly had more workers than Bob last fall. The communications seen from him are rationale and he was reportedly solving the usual expected transition problems as well as unexpected transition problems.
