I agree with everything on the list, as I have the same opinion for most of the points.

Just a few things regarding RIGH...I believe RIGH once done with the name change and ticker change will be our first TA client, emphasis on the believe part as I don't know the timeframe for this process or if they will even switch TA's.  Also, RIGH had news yesterday regarding hiring an IR firm, which should help when BCAP converts the debt in RIGH as hopefully that share price will be higher providing BCAP the revenues they deserve.
