My take on today's news is that it's good in so far as it's consistent with Marty's plan to use 2014 as an infrastructure building year. Thank goodness he said the U.S. is "a" top priority and not "the" top priority or this would signal a move away from China, meaning the accounting firm cannot figure out those revenues. So I'll take it as just an announcement re: the important U.S. market as one of many being pursued with more good news on other markets soon to come.
The volume and PPS has done nothing with the announcement. I'm not the least bit surprised. I would have thought the flippers would use this positive news as a smoke screen to up the share price on their way to the next flip. May still happen, it's early.
Negatives will construe this as more overhead w/o any proof of a higher revenue stream. Oh well. I would have preferred news of an exciting new partnership or acquisition or China partners back online with improved business methods, proving new revenues on the horizon. Maybe next week (gosh we say that a lot!). It will take a lot of plants up and running like Ohio to come close to 50 mil. revenue this year, and the year is half over. China better be forthcoming or we can extend our definition of "long" even further out. Much further if U.S. operations are the only or main organic growth. Just my 2 cents.
