Millions, if not tens of millions, of dollars need to pour into Baltia's open market stock to move this substantially (.20+), so we need Baltia to reach out to a lot of people. Hundreds of thousands, if not a few million, before that happens.

I, for one, am optimistic that we'll be pleasantly surprised by Baltia's recent public relations efforts.
