The "on the verge" phrase you used is good. You can also sell it by "on the cusp," "soon," "around the corner," "Tick Tock," "any day now," or any other phrases to create a sense of urgency. Downplay the past five years of urgency, though.
As long as you can steer potential investors away from asking whether there's any evidence that JBI's pyrolysis can actually turn plastic feedstock into something more valuable or why those processors haven't been able to go into profitable production after five years, you have a good shot.
