is halfway or more down the Baja peninsula, so not likely carrying iron- it was always a long shot but Panamax North Prince 75542 DWT is a much likelier prospect-likely either wheat-like the Panamax Aristides which preceded it (why not just use a larger ship and San Diego for so much wheat to China if indeed thats what it ends up carrying) or iron
Qin Hai arrived ca June 9,2012 after countrywide extra audits that year due to illegal mines-and Bao was likely in charge of that ship scheduling -not willing to rush a load but waited until the right ship to reduce shipping costs on a return run to China
