As for Share issuing, THE TA needs to be involved and approve any new share issuing along with the board! The (Transfer Agent) does not just issue share for no reason with no explanation!

So if NTEK does issue shares, i would not even worry about it, because that means that they have acquired something or struck a deal to increase the value of their company!

BUT NO THEY DO NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO JUST ISSUE AND SELL SHARES, IT IS A WHOLE PROCESS!!
