I agree, my staff of employees all have vehicles and I did NOT purchase the vehicles for them. BUT THEY ARE STILL STAFF VEHICLES.

My point in the earlier post was the idea that we might have bona-fide people who are working onsite (doing meaningful work and getting compensation for said work = employees) and that we might possible have moved beyond where the site has been completed and is simply sitting idle while we patiently await the HC license.

Again, these are all my questions and guesses.
