Attractive for what? BUYOUT. As soon as DUTV gets on the radars with millions in revenue and a substantial net profit, BAMM the big telecoms will move in with a BUYOUT OFFER. So what would any smart CEO do, build value for the offer!!

This is the only logical reason for such secrecy IMO.
