I am part of an investment group that keeps close tabs on HC and they have heard this from a number of companies in the process.
One company has had their license pulled already (was on Vancouver Island), there have been two MJ recalls and another major approved licensee has had to destroy crops due to mites and mould residue.
A patient can only sign up with one company so if there are issues it creates problems whereby patients can't access products. This seems to be the problem they are trying to solve.
If you add that extra step then only companies that have complaint products get license.
I do not see this as a negative for FITX. They have the ability to see what issues have popped up and plan around them. That is the advantage of not being first on market.
