I heard that HC may be adjusting the process. They may be going with “letters to grow” before the final approval process that way if there a quality issues they will know before patients sign up with a company.

I suspect those like FITX would be grandfathered under old system however adjusting process midstream to deal with problems is likely why the backlog and no new license approvals.
