YOU MEAN... that UNLIKE OREGON,
EVERY OTHER STATE does not have a refinery willing to take Peanut-Butter Sludge...
dilute it 9 or 10 good oil parts to 1 SLUDGE PART in order to minimally FOUL UP the refinery plumbing...
and pay TOP DOLLAR for the NEARLY USELESS goop!!!!!
