the new 7a version of Navial website says they have all the permits and said they were shipping-no indication of a slowdown

illogical to have all that inventory and permits and not use them - in 2012 when extra audits it was ca june 10 before a ship arrived-logistics and careful planning to save on shipping

they have to know thats its best to just ship because cant count on price in the future
lawyers will advise not saying anything til tx court case over but shouldnt affect operations

hes never been public before
trend to have stockholder advocate on board to facilitate interests/ communication but most dont yet and thus many shareholder suits

bashers write and call and threaten all these CEOS threatening to sick agencies on them,as they do w anybody who provides good dd- to put a chill in them re communication

did my best in writing to inform of the need to inform stockholders-many dont use any diplomacy in writing ceos so it just hardens them/turns them off to communication

just the reality-I wrote that they needed to communicate but just providing reasons some may not think of for lack of such
