I think you're right. Mr. Bordynuik raked in a lot of money just based the information which is publicly available. Who knows, other than him, how much money he really received. I think walking away and hoping the statute of limitations expires on fraud is his best bet. Trying for a few more hundred thousand might jeopardize his taking his leave unscathed.
