"Rational Energies is no longer operating the waste processing equipment and the waste processing equipment is reportedly for sale – without the intended source of supply of plastics, the viability of the pyrolysis plant is also now in question."
What a surprise. The math which doesn't work out for JBI might also not work out for Rational Energies...and ultimately might not work for Agilyx. It's up to each plastic pyrolysis business to pick their own failure point.
I remember EarthFirst's tire pyrolysis technology where they raked in tens of millions of investors' cash before announcing converting waste tires into oil and other products wasn't quite commercially viable...but they said it wasn't commercially viable only because they couldn't get a high enough price for carbon black, a product of tire pyrolysis. They could have said they couldn't get a high enough price for the oil produced or any of the other products and it would have been the same excuse. They needed to blame a failure point. Scammy as EarthFirst was with Mr. Stanton at the helm, at least he gave investors some closure.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
