"3) Bordynuik himself is refusing to advance/loan the "parking ticket" amount needed to get the processors running..."
I agree. P2O is Mr. Bordynuik's life's work. He became wealthy by siphoning off money from the $60M drained from investors while advancing his 'work'. Now he's been willing to stare at a broken machine for six months and let all of his work die rather than spending $175,000 to $200,000 of what's now his money to get the processors running. He's totally willing to spend other people's money but that well seems to have run dry.
Mr. Bordynuik doesn't have to gift $200k back to shareholders, he can loan it at 12% to the company like Mr. Heddle did or he can take a 10 million share stake ($0.02/share). He's willing to do neither.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
