It might be because Koos said the IND filling won't be until August. Koos might time everything for August.
It's funny that people don't realize that yesterday morning more than five million shares were sold in the high 30's. Almost right after that, all the bashers came out to bash.
They see a downward trend, sell, then back to drive it down further. I never noticed it being so obvious before.
