The point is not that the permitting is taking a long time for SIRG. That is to be expected when dealing with permits and government bureaucracy. The point is that the CEO reported a year ago that the permits would simply transfer, without first checking to see if that were the case.. If he had checked before he spoke, expectations could have been tempered. Instead, investors were led to believe the permits were already approved a year ago.

One has to wonder what ELSE the SIRG CEO failed to check.
