While we wait: Folks reading this thread may want to watch Overstock the next few days. OSTK is making gains in its financials and the legal short is 3.8 million shares while the average volume is a mere 75,000 shares and we all know some of those numbers are not real trades . Over 50 days to cover may prove very costly to the shorts and it would be nice to see Patrick Byrne obtain justice at the shorts expense . Overstock traded in the $70.00's in 2005 before being attacked by both legal and naked shorts.  Go TEVE!!!
