Reality here day traders:
BUT: It happens every day. on almost any stock with Mkt. cap of 25mil. came to a slow Halt here March 14th this year, there are still a few gambling, but less than .02% not sure what happened yesterday , short reporting requirements is for threshold stocks 15 days to report paper and 35 days to cover.
Just read FINRA Rule 4320
naked Short selling is 3 days, so prominent naked shorting is here which is 3 days deliver or cover.

But only offshore companies are allowed these options on OTC stocks.
AMBS has surpassed this at this point in my Opinion, to be leveraged by shorts.
