I don't mean to be an ass (although I inevitably will be one), but if you're worried about Baltia's share structure, you probably don't understand share structure that well. It's not something that is even relevant until the share price reaches a point where it can no longer go any higher, at which point BLTA can buy back shares or do a reverse split (which I know for a fact they will not consider).
The ONLY number you need to focus on is the float: 700M. Call the TA and get that number, then subtract like 350M shares (LT's shares) and you'll arrive at ~700M. That's THE ONLY number that matters at this time. It's the only number that truly determines the share price volatility based on supply/demand.
