Last update was from MSJ back in 3/11 /2013 who acquired all company assets. SRGE is a shell. We are all waiting for a share transfer into another company/JV or some other company to trade.

Last we heard was because the company got booted to the greys, assets would be transferred to MSJ until a suitable JV partner was found or a buy out. Easier then filing form 10 and re-listing on the pinks from what was talked about. Had something to do with the debt holders acquiring shares of SRGE to hold until the deal goes through, otherwise they get nothing but an empty shell.
