Sorry I didn't get to this response until today. Was out for the weekend and not in cell coverage.
At any rate, I read this filing as Asher is completely out of SNEY. Notice the 0% ownership stake. I see this as a good thing in that they will not be dumping into a run. Now, let's just hope we can generate enough revenue so as to not need financing anymore.
