Why?? Whenever it happens, the name and cusip changes have the effect of sweeping under the rug much of JBI's unsavory 'ancient history' which you and other hard-core longs want so desperately to hide from new investors. What you'll get is a pig with fresh new lipstick that you can hope is so alluring that unwary new investors will find it irresistible and bid up your shares.
