I would rephrase it to say, "those who intend to mislead and lie know there are not short shares but say so to spread FUD to manipulate a penny stock."

IT took the NY SLIMES this long to figure that out? It's been going on for decades. How do you think those scumbags on Wall STreet get so rich so fast?
