You know how to do DD JMB....I know that for a fact...you were instructed very well...

The best DD includes some past....but more importantly PRESENT...and within the scope of the "target"....from what I read in the last GESI PR....it said this...

Brad in...
new issuing entity...
Company name...
Area of venture...
Plans for that area...and the company..
Immediate ventures on the table...

So why would anyone be doing NO DD on those specific "targets"??

Beats me...I am...but I could make assumptions why they wouldnt....and have an opinion too...
