It is important for new investors to see the past experience and history of the newly named CEO. This is crucial in trying to determine the competency level of a person stepping into the role of CEO of a publicly traded company for the first time. New investors should gauge Brad's past experience prior to determining any investment decision in the company he is about to run.
The civil filing is important because it not includes the new CEO, Brad Dautramont, but it also lists is former company: DAUTREMONT CONSTRUCTION INC.
Also, it was just filed as of 4/03/2014, so yes it is very current.
