Thanks for the feedback re: iFly, it sounds like a great time to get the entire family together, rare when that happens.

We are just waiting on the announcement from Angel. I expect last minute changes with the docs, tweaks and corrections from legal. The best timing is an issue, as well. No sense of trying to swim upstream. If the sector is flowing the opposite direction, what's the point? Angel will time this perfect.
