You should end your story. The CEO, president and BOD in your story were fired! Like any corporation they elude to resigning but they were fired! There is now a new CEO and a new BOD that IMO will do great things for shareholders. IMO it will be a slow tough climb but I bet shareholders see a difference by December as has been mentioned.
