why would insiders be heavily buying-and paying 10-11c in Feb -and no insider selling-if what you say is true- just exactly how are they screwing us-could just be shorts combined w technical traders who sell just as long as pps is dropping-but rsi is down to ca 25 -oversold-on posted chart

I havent seen any recent promos either-

there are no prima facie red flags in 10q etc either -there have been a lot of shorts on the twice monthly short report- but their numbers have been falling since Apr 30
