I got a little confused by this news earlier tha. But now I see a difference. Discovery applied for an Industrial Hemp licese and Cen Biotech is applying for Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations (MMPR) license. Which are 2 different things and are inspected differently, that is why Discovery got their license faster.
