One cannot separate what the principals did before to what eventually happened to SKTO/AEGY, with the core players of the two firms reverting to type. Their HOTI was revoked in 2011, and SEC banned Hipple in a five-year O&D in 2010. Moving along, AEGY is an SEC-filer 'suspended with questions' and is subject to revocation of registration, in which case the ticker itself would be deleted. Kaput. SEC can't revoke SKTO's SEC registration; there is none. At last, something to celebrate! lol
