Whom do we contact at the company?

Is there a number for Janet(?). I tried calling 411 and getting the number. It seems that there is no company with this name at 1621 Central Ave. Cheyenne, Wyoming. Weird!! Did they relocate? Why don't they list their address and phone number on their main web page?
