Most,if not all, Panamax, cannot use the API terminal because most or all Panamax are longer than the API's max length of 200m (actual limiting depth of ca 12.5 m though theoretical 13.05m) and API 2 is even shorter and only 7.44m draft

North Prince is 225m long- max Panama canal ship length until new locks are serviceable is ca 232 m so most Panamax are 220-232m

so North Prince has to use EIT imo - CEMEX is not deep enough,may not be long enough,and it seems unlikely CEMEX would use Panamax as Cemex transports chiefly only within Mexico
